Then we help you create a Centering Board (artistic visual reminder) that ingrains your intent into your body and mind. This process of using your hands to create a custom Centering Board by placing each piece together envelops in you a connection that lasts.

Skill level: Basic.  Ages 12+.  Youth must be accompanied by registered/paying adult.  Our workshop includes journaling, painting, & gluing.  All materials are provided.
